Green Bean Stew (Lamb)
Green Bean Stew
- 2kg stewing meat or shoulder chops
Place them in a pressure cooker and brown the meat.
Flavor with salt and pepper, and any garlic salt or meat seasoning (not a smokey or barbeque flavor).
Use the stewing setting on the cooker.
- 3 large diced potato or a few small ones sliced in half.
- 1 bag of green beans (500g).
- 1 can of diced tomato.
- 1 onion, diced.
Place the meat and seasoning into the pressure cooker and place it through one round of the cooker to soften meat half way.
Then add all of the other ingredients above and allow to stew for 40 – 60 mins in the pressure cooker.
