Tater Tot Casserole

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 package of frozen tater tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 small can milk
  • 1 large can ranch style beans
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
Brown beef and sausage in frying pan. Drain grease. While ground beef is cooking, place tater tots in oven to cook as directed on package. Spray 13 x 9 pan with non-stick spray. Add cream of mushroom soup, rotel, milk and ranch style beans to beef mixture. Stir until combines. Place tater tots in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Cover with beef mixture. Slice Velveeta and cover the top with cheese. Place in a 350 F oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
