Stuffed Cornbread

Stuffed Cornbread

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 pkg cornbread mix
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 lb grated cheese
Brown meat and drain grease. Mix in corn, rotel, green beans in the meat. Mix 4 packages of cornbread according to package directions and bake. Crumble half the cooked cornbread in a lightly greased pan. Pour the meat mixture over the half cornbread crumbles. Put the grated cheese over the meat mixture. Pour the rest of the cornbread crumbles over the meat mixture. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes
